These scissors have a medium handle.

Process all types of meat with the Wolff® 6000 series 8 5/8" poultry scissors. The high-carbon stainless steel blades provide extra long edge life and high cutting efficiency with a Rockwell hardness rating of approximately 58 HRC ? one of the hardest and smoothest available.
