Process all types of meat with the Wolff® 6000 series 9" poultry scissors. High-carbon stainless steel blades provide extra-long edge life and high cutting efficiency with a Rockwell hardness rating of approximately 58 HRC, one of the hardest and smoothest available. Superior materials make this shear stronger and lighter than traditional shears of the same size. The ergonomically styled thermoplastic handles cushion your hands giving you maximum comfort while cutting.
