Generously sized griddle for cooking, frying, and broiling on the grill. Complete with helper handles and ribbed bottom for perfect searing and healthier cooking. Aluminized steel for strength and long-lasting, rust-proof performance, with durable grill-safe nonstick surface for easy cleaning. Oven safe to 400 deg's (°F). Safe for use in induction stoves and on gas, electric, or ceramic stoves.

Use & Care:
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. 2. Dishwasher use is not recommended (may shorten the life of the nonstick coating). 3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Nylon or silicone utensils are recommended.
