Description: Biancheri USA specializes in custom-made leather craft from Tennessee. This belt is made of two equal thickness 7-8 oz. leather, glued then sewn together with nylon stitching. The Gun Belt is 1¼ inch in width. Biancheri USA does their best to hand pick the leather to be firm enough to support a pistol and accessories and still be soft enough to want to put on every day. They put holes 1" apart and attach the buckles with Chicago screws. This way you can change the buckle when the mood hits you. Check the screws periodically to make sure they are tight.

Hardware includes all zippers, buckles, D-rings, snaps, and any other parts utilized in the manufacturing of our bags.

    If at anytime during the life of your Duluth Pack product you have problems in these areas, return the product and it will be repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired due to a defect in craftsmanship or faulty hardware, we will be happy to replace the item at Duluth Pack’s discretion. While your Duluth Pack item is designed to provide you with many years of use, Duluth Pack is not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product and is therefore not covered by our warranty

    Measure a current belt you wear from the FAR end of the buckle to the hole you use most often (to the nearest inch). This is the number to order (to the nearest inch). This will PROBABLY be about two to four inches larger than your waist or pants size. This is the size that will be custom made for you. You are about to buy a double layer gun belt. These belts are designed to be stiff and firm to support your side arms and other gear. If you are carrying a heavy firearm the belt should fit snugly or it will sag. This should be remembered as you are choosing which hole in your current belt to measure to, especially if you are going to be carrying IWB. Put the gear on! Adjust it to the proper snugness for security and comfort. Look at which hole you are using and measure to THAT hole. This belt will be that length, from the tip of the buckle to the center hole.

    Leather is a natural product with unique characteristics that differ from hide to hide. Due to these differences, shade and color variations are to be expected with each belt. A brown belt you order now may not be the exact same shade of brown as a belt you may order a few months from now. This is not a fault or flaw in the leather, only an assurance that genuine natural top-grain leather is used on all belts.
