Blue Collar Wear - American Made Tee Shirts Bluecollarwear.com was founded in February of 2010 but was 10 years in the making. Its founder, Andrew Fisher, grew up in heart of the midwest, Elkhart, Indiana working in bluecollar factories building trailers, modular homes, motor coaches, working on the farms "detassling" corn, framing houses and other various hardworking bluecollar jobs. While he was working his way through college at The Defiance College in the Coachman Industries plants building motor coaches he noticed that many of the clothes that were worn by the workers had no function or meaning. Thats where the idea for Bluecollar Wear started. Ten years later, after a few good years and a few hard knocks his itch to start something big and take mid-american style to a new place took over and he started BlueCollar Wear. Although it was much more expensive to use only American Made clothing he decided to only use clothes and materials made in America. These clothes are designed to "make a statement" and be functional and stylish, yet affordable for the hard working bluecollar producer. BlueCollar Wear is a company for the people that built this great country. Your hard work, dedication to family and fun, and perseverance in these hard economic times is what drives us to make better, more functional, stylish, yet affordable clothes to fit YOU.
