Hi. I'm RJ Maher, President and founder of Truly Tuff Tools, manufacturers of the one and only Eco-Hoe. If you are like me you appreciate the quality of American made products. I have an acre of land in the Sonoran Desert where my dog Mo (that's him in the foreground) likes to patrol and play. It's covered with hard sun-baked soil that is prone to growing some very tenacious weeds and wild grasses. I used to buy my competitors' cheaply made imported stirrup hoes in efforts to contend with this, but after going through several of these a year for a couple of years, I knew I could handcraft a tougher more environmentally-friendly stirrup hoe than any of the others on the market. That's when I made the Eco-Hoe that I am still using to this day. Friends and family liked it so much I made more. Then I decided to make enough to sell in Farmers' Markets to earn a little extra money. Now I've turned to designing and manufacturing a full line of high quality handcrafted American made gardening tools for you and I to enjoy.
