Re:What's new in the kitchen?

Last winter we were hosting 14 people, 4 of them small children. i wanted a way to keep the side dishes warm while the turkey was being carved but didnt want to have messy sternos which dont heat evenly anyway. I bought an electric buffet server which was fantastic! I just plugged it in and was able to adjust the heat. the one i bought had three different compartments so i was able to keep the stuffing, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes warm. i'm going to buy another so that the turnips, collards and sliced turkey can stay warm as well.
